nycRenovationCoach was founded by Asher M. Lipman. Born and raised in New York City and a third generation developer, he is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business and has over 25 years of real estate experience. He began his career by purchasing and renovating homes while an undergraduate in college. After graduating from business school, he held the following positions: an executive at the Gordon Company (the developer of The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace), a strategy consultant for several national real estate companies, Executive Vice President at the Marvin Davis Company, and Senior Vice President at AIMCo (a national apartment company). He has also renovated countless apartments and homes in Manhattan, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Philadelphia.
