We charge a flat fee for our services, which is determined at the beginning of each project. We intentionally do not charge a percentage of job costs, as we believe that percentage billing does not encourage cost savings or prudent decision making. Our clients have found that by using nycRenovationCoach, they end up spending less money and get a higher quality renovation than if they had undertaken the project alone. Anecdotally, even including our fees, our clients have enjoyed a net overall cost savings, many averaging over 30%.
